PeripheralBrain provides all of its business partners and satisfied customers with an easy, three-step process to link back to the www.cortexsystem.com site. All you need to do is read the terms below, fill out the form, and select the logo you wish to place on your site. Thank you for supporting www.cortexsystem.com.

By filling out the required information, you agree that you have read the terms and agree to be bound by them.

LINK AGREEMENT TERMS

Upon your agreement to the terms and conditions below, you will be taken to a page where you may download several logos specifically designed for use in linking to the PeripheralBrain Web site ("Logos").

1.       You may use the Logos for the sole purpose of linking to PeripheralBrain's Web site at www.cortexsystem.com. You must link directly to the home page at www.cortexsystem.com, and not to any other page on PeripheralBrain's Web site or to any other Web site. You may not frame or alter the appearance of the PeripheralBrain Web site in any way. You agree not to use the Logos for any other purpose.

2.       You agree not to alter the Logos in any way, or to combine them with any other names, marks or logos.

3.       You agree not to use the Logos in any manner likely to give the impression that you are affiliated with PeripheralBrain or that PeripheralBrain has sponsored or endorsed your Web site, products or services.

4.       You agree and acknowledge that this is not a trademark license by which you are using the Logos to indicate the origin or source of any product or service you offer.

5.       You agree and acknowledge that PeripheralBrain is the sole owner of all rights in the Logos, and that your use of the Logos will inure to the benefit of PeripheralBrain. You agree not to adopt, use, register, or attempt to register anywhere in the world any logo, trademark, service mark, trade name or domain name confusingly similar to the Logos. You agree that you will not at any time contest or challenge PeripheralBrain's rights in the Logos.

6.       PERIPHERALBRAIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE LOGOS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY PERIPHERALBRAIN FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE LOGOS.

PeripheralBrain, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify your permission to use the Link Logos at any time. You agree that upon PeripheralBrain's termination of your permission to use the Logos, you will immediately cease all further use of the Logos and any other similar mark, name or logo.

 

PeripheralBrain

PeripheralBrain will grant qualified companies the right to use the PeripheralBrain logo on their Web site, provided that PeripheralBrain products and/or services run the Web site. PeripheralBrain Inc. ("PeripheralBrain") is pleased to grant this permission on the following terms and conditions, effective upon your clicking "I agree" below.

By filling out the required information, you agree that you have read the Terms and Conditions for use of the Powered by PeripheralBrain trademark and agree to be bound by them.

LOGO USAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.       Your company represents and warrants that PeripheralBrain products and/or services run its Web site.

2.       PeripheralBrain grants a non-exclusive, non-assignable, limited trademark permission to use the PeripheralBrain logo only in connection with the purpose noted above.

3.       Unless sooner terminated by PeripheralBrain as provided in paragraph 5 below, this license will be in effect for a period of one year from the date of execution and will be automatically renewed for successive one-year terms as long as your company's Web site continues to run on PeripheralBrain products and/or services.

4.       Your company agrees that PeripheralBrain owns all rights in the PeripheralBrain logo and that it will not contest the validity of PeripheralBrain's rights while or after this license is in effect.

5.       PeripheralBrain, in its sole discretion, may terminate this license immediately for any reason. Upon termination, your company shall immediately cease all further use of the PeripheralBrain logo, or any other similar mark, name or logo, including without limitation, any name or mark comprising the term "PeripheralBrain."

6.       No other usage rights or licenses are granted herein.

7.       PeripheralBrain must approve all use of the PeripheralBrain logo prior to use. PeripheralBrain also requires adherence to usage guidelines PeripheralBrain may provide from time to time.

8.       Proper attribution to PeripheralBrain is to be used in all reproductions, in the following form: "PeripheralBrain is a trademark of PeripheralBrain Inc."

9.       Your company will indemnify and hold PeripheralBrain harmless against any claims, actions or demands resulting from or related to its use of the PeripheralBrain logo.

The laws of the state of Oklahoma shall govern this agreement and all actions relating to this agreement shall be brought to Oklahoma.
